‘POLICE are investigating a Fringe Festival artist for circulating lifelike images of female genitals to promote his controversial exhibition,’  reports Paul Nankervis in Adelaide’s Sunday Mail on 1 March 2009.

Police, Adelaide City Council and festival organisers have all received complaints about the promotional material.

Inspector Steve Kameniar, of police operations, said police had received “a number of complaints” and “the matter is being investigated”. He would not comment further.
